What is the Affiliate Partner Program? (APP)

APP is designed to provide you the opportunity to distribute our value-priced and high quality Platinum service while allowing you to make money for your efforts.

Can anybody join? And what are the requirements?

Yes. Anyone who wants to distribute low-cost, high-quality Internet Access can join APP. You do not need to be a Juno member to join APP.

How exactly does APP work?

The program is simple. Once you join, we will ship CDs to you. The CDs contain a unique ACS code, which will track every PLATINUM (paid) active user that signs-up using your ACS Code back to you.

Will this cost me any money?

No, this will not cost you any money. The first batch of CDs are free and you can use them over and over again. If you want more CDs, please email your request (along with your name, ACS code, # of CDs requesting, and email address used at APP registration) to app@untd.com.

How much money do I earn for every user that signs up through me?

You will earn a one time $15 payment for each new user that enters your unique ACS code at registration, signs up for the Platinum service, and remains a member in good standing for 35 days. Please review the Affiliate Program Application and Agreement for restrictions and details.

When will I get paid?

Payments will be made at the end of each month by check. Checks are issued in minimums of $75. If this minimum is not achieved, unpaid balances are carried forward until the minimum check can be issued.

What version of Juno will I receive for distribution?

The version that we will provide for distribution is Juno 5.0

Can I distribute NetZero Software instead?

No, currently this program is only available for distribution using our Juno software. We may expand to include distribution of the NetZero service in the future.

What happens if I get someone to sign-up and they forget to type in the ACS code?

Unfortunately, if someone forgets to enter your ACS code, there is no way to track the user back to you and credit you properly. It is therefore imperative to provide customers with your unique ACS code (located on the back cover of the CD sleeve), particularly if you are pre-installing the Juno CD on to the user's computers.

Can I get a report from Juno that will tell me who has signed-up?

We are committed to user privacy. As a result, specific user information is confidential and cannot be shared with anyone. We will, however, send a monthly email report to you with the total number of PLATINUM users that have registered with your ACS code and stayed a member in good standing for 35 days.

How many CDs do I get to start off with?

You will initially receive 15-30 CDs. If you would like more CDs, please email your request (along with your name, ACS code, # of CDs requesting, and email address used at APP registration). If you are pre-installing the software, remember that you can use the same CD over and over again once the software is downloaded on to a computer.

Can someone sign-up and pay for Juno Platinum by using a check?

Unfortunately, through the CDs used with this program (APP), Juno 5.0, we only accept payment using a credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx, and Discover)
